Susan’s grew Sunshine using her “12 points of Love” customer service strategy and her deep connection to women in the Metro Area. Sunshine has tracked that initially over 70% of their clients were female. May people report that they chose Sunshine over other competitors due to the white glove treatment they have received.
Susan pioneered a research project alongside the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce titled “What women want….in their service Contractor”. After interviewing 10 businesswomen on their experiences with Home Service Contractors. Susan has shared this message with 1000’s of contractors while speaking at trade conventions on the topic.

Susan has authored “The Pufferfish Effect and Compete on Awesome, Not on Price” about her unique ideas to growing Sunshine.
Susan is the President Elect of the Colorado National Speakers Association.
In her free time, Susan runs a bus tour called Thriftinista, that supports nonprofit organizations through Thrift store shopping. She has a love for saving money and getting the best deals, so Thriftinista was born.

Our company is proud to have William Frew as our vice president of operations. As a second-generation master plumber, he has dedicated more than 30 years to serving his customers with ultimate customer satisfaction and superior workmanship. He takes his work and service very seriously and is continually updating his skills by taking classes that expand his knowledge and help him meet our customers' needs.
He has been instrumental to our company's growth and success over time. Not only is William dedicated to encouraging us to grow as a team, he is also committed to ensuring our customer service experience is top-notch. This is why he ingeniously created a way for customers to get free estimates through video, and he trademarked a system called Video Plumber. This shows how considerate he is for our customers, as providing convenience is his priority.
William works with hydronics and boilers has earned him National recognition from several trade magazines and is known to be the expert in the field of tankless boilers and water heaters. Many people call his piping work "Mechanical Art" for his attention to aesthetics and technical expertise.
William is an elected official and serves as Vice President of The South Adams County Water District. He is also a plumbing instructor at Construction Industry Training Council in Denver where he teaches 1st year Plumbing students to become a master of their trades.
