When Susan Roberts Frew met and married William Frew in 2012, he was a one man Plumbing-Heating and Solar Thermal Expert.

Susan Frew is a former International GM with AT&T Wireless, Instructor for the SBA’s national Emerging Leaders program, radio host of “Coaching Not Just for Sports” on ESPN radio in Denver.
Currently, she is the President of Sunshine Home Services in Denver Colorado, Immediate Past President of PHCC Colorado, Board Member Metro North Chamber of Commerce, Board Member Adams County Workforce, and treasurer of the Colorado National Speakers Association.
After a break to focus on Sunshine’s growth, Susan is a Professional Speaker and Emcee and travels around the US delivering keynotes and training to trades conventions helping members to use the "Pufferfish Effect", the title of her 2019 book.
Our company is proud to have William Frew as our vice president of operations. As a second-generation master plumber, he has dedicated more than 27 years to serving his customers with ultimate customer satisfaction and superior workmanship. He takes his work and service very seriously and is continually updating his skills by taking classes that expand his knowledge and help him meet our customers' needs.
Every week, he spearheads two-hour long team meetings that focus on learning new industry skills, customer service and "arm chair quarterbacking" how we could have better served our customers. He has been instrumental to our company's growth and success over time. Not only is William dedicated to encouraging us to grow as a team, he is also committed to ensuring our customer service experience is top-notch. This is why he ingeniously created a way for customers to get free estimates through video, and he trademarked a system called Video Plumber. This shows how considerate he is for our customers, as providing convenience is his priority.
William works with hydronics and boilers has earned him National recognition from several trade magazines and is known to be the expert in the field of tankless boilers and water heaters. Many people call his piping work "Mechanical Art" for his attention to aesthetics and technical expertise.
