SERVICE PLUMBER

As a service plumber, you will be expected to:

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
  • Clean drains, secondary and main lines.
  • Use sewer cameras to quote replacements or spot repairs.
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.

Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. 
 

  • You should have knowledge of electronic invoices, building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices. Sunshine Home Services uses Service Titan, so you should also be skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade

We are also looking for:

  • An ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
  • 3+ years of experience

SERVICE HVAC TECHNICIAN

We are always looking for trained and certified HVAC technicians to join our award-winning teams.

Candidates should have:

  • Completed an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship
  • A current state HVAC technician license
  • Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants
  • Proficiency with manual and power tools
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to get on company insurance
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
  • The ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
  • Knowledge of electronic invoices
